How to use Police Chief Analyzer

Enter your 12 combat stats — attack, defense, health, and penetration for each of your three troop types (Guard, Biker, Marksman). Attack a target, then scroll to the bottom of the battle report to find the Attribute Buffs screen showing all 12 values.

Set your current level for each research chain in every research tree. The tree view groups chains the same way they're grouped in-game, so you can work through it screen by screen.

Some Research tree entries show a small amber dot next to their name. This means the tech's name and position in the tree were corrected against real screenshots, but its exact costs/Power/effect numbers come from an older data source and couldn't be confirmed to match — treat those numbers as a reasonable estimate, not a guarantee.

Entering a Level for a hero marks them as obtained and reveals a dropdown of input fields covering Level, Stars, Tier, Patrol Skills, Deploy Skills, and Equipment (Head, Chest, Gloves, and Boots quality and level, plus Weapon level) so you can record exactly what you own. Leaving Level blank or at 0 shows "Not obtained."

Once your stats, research, and equipment are entered, the Optimiser ranks every available upgrade by Power ROI — how much combat Power you gain per unit of resources spent. The highest-ranked upgrades are generally your best value next steps.

Good to know: Power ROI currently only accounts for resource cost, not the time an upgrade takes to complete. Two upgrades with the same Power-per-resource ratio will rank the same even if one finishes in minutes and the other takes days — use your own judgement on timing alongside the ranking. The Optimiser also doesn't check in-game prerequisites or building-level requirements, so a top-ranked upgrade might still be locked until you meet those requirements in-game.
